1. Preheat oven to 450°F and blend feta, sour cream, heavy cream, and olive oil until smooth; chill until ready.
2. Place asparagus in a cast iron skillet, drizzle with avocado oil, and season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon zest.
3. Roast asparagus for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
4. Spread whipped feta on a serving platter and top with roasted asparagus.
5. Add olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, optional cucumber, drizzle olive oil, and serve hot.
