  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 12 large egg whites, about 12 ounce
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
