Keto Banana Bread – Ruled Me

Start your day with this moist and flavorful Keto Banana Bread, a grain and sugar-free twist on a beloved classic. Despite not using real bananas, it captures all the familiar banana flavor thanks to banana extract, while keeping net carbs remarkably low. Using a blend of almond and coconut flours, along with cream cheese, butter, eggs, and a sweetener mix, this loaf delivers a tender, rich texture that feels indulgent but stays keto-friendly.

Tailor the recipe to your taste by swapping in your favorite mix-ins—pecans are included, but walnuts, macadamia nuts, or even sugar‑free chocolate chips are great options. The flexible batter is also perfect for muffin tins: simply bake for 25–30 minutes instead of the full loaf time to enjoy portable, single‑serve muffins. This adaptability makes it ideal for breakfast on the go, satisfying snacks, or brunch gatherings. It’s also freezer-friendly, making it perfect for stocking your keto kitchen!
