1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Whisk salted butter and egg yolk until light and smooth.
3. Fold in garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, thyme, oregano, parsley, and black pepper.
4. Slice whole cauliflower into two-inch steaks, ensuring each has part of the core.
5. Lay cauliflower steaks on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
6. Generously brush both sides with Creole butter.
7. Roast for 10 minutes per side and serve.
