  • 1/3 cup allulose
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup allulose, powdered
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup allulose, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, finely grated

The Execution

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

2. Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and allulose.

3. Add in the lemon extract, vanilla extract, and egg yolk. Continue to mix until well combined.
